Ramco needs to translate manufacturing design inputs into documented outputs for its departments, employees, and suppliers, requiring technical expertise in product performance and engineering processes.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise about product performance.
- Provide a comprehensive review of customer product drawings, requirements, specifications, and industry requirements at award of business.
- Translate product requirements into internal drawings, Bill of Operation, Bill of Materials, and Work Instructions as needed.
- Create part numbers in the ERP system.
- Coordinate information to Quality, Purchasing, and/or Manufacturing/Operations.
- Lead Engineering Department in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Product Conformance and Safety (PCS) through understanding of part function.
- Develop technical presentation materials, in complete performance testing and create technical summaries or professional technical analysis reports as required.
Other
- 0-3 years Product Engineering or similar experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred. Relevant job experience in lieu of Engineering Degree acceptable.
