Celestial AI is looking to solve the problem of data center bottlenecks by developing a next-generation interconnect technology, Photonic Fabric, to deliver a tenfold increase in performance and energy efficiency compared to competing solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in optics/photonics testing (lasers, modulators, optical transceivers, etc.).
- Familiarity with optical measurement tools (power meters, spectrum analyzers, interferometers, etc.).
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and DFT concepts.
- Experience with yield analysis, failure analysis, and test optimization.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, JMP, Excel, SQL, etc.).
- Knowledge of RF and high-speed signal integrity testing.
- Working knowledge of Confluence and JIRA
Responsibilities
- Developing silicon photonic device for mass production, ensuring high quality and reliability.
- Developing HVM test methodology for electro-optical test of Si-Photonic device.
- Enabling ATE and prober solutions for high-volume electro-optical test.
- Develop characterization plans, execute DOE (Design of Experiments), and optimize test coverage.
- Manage SW and HW board readiness for characterization and demo systems
- Support the test engineering and design teams in defining proper test concepts and features.
- Support customer qualifications, reliability testing, and failure analysis.
Other
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 7+ years of industry experience in product engineering, test engineering, or related fields.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams including design, test, and operations.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in high-volume manufacturing environments.
