Monarch is looking to hire Software Engineers to help evolve their web and mobile applications, shape product strategy, and improve engineering culture to simplify money for their users.
Requirements
- You have a strong grasp of Python and Django.
- You’re comfortable designing and implementing robust backend architecture.
- You enjoy the intricacies of API design, DB modeling and query optimization, and are comfortable with ambiguity and simplifying complex problems.
- While backend development is your primary focus, you’re comfortable stepping into frontend tasks when needed to ensure we can deliver high caliber products to our users.
- Working closely with product, design, and frontend teams excites you.

- You’re ready to jump into our on-call rotation, addressing any bugs or errors that arise with a calm, problem-solving mindset.
