Manage testing workflow and ensure efficient operations and high-quality results in a laboratory environment
Requirements
- Understanding of fundamentals of electrical and mechanical theory as it relates to a connector laboratory environment
- Experience in designing and implementing fixtures and various test setups
- Ability to review test data, interpret results, and write formal reports
- Knowledge of automated testing systems and their development
- Understanding of laboratory safety protocols
- Experience with laboratory information management systems (e.g., DigiLab) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage testing workflow and schedule commitment dates
- Monitor all testing progress and assign tasks to technicians
- Review test data/reports and write formal reports
- Design and implement fixtures and various test setups
- Develop automated testing systems
- Maintain Lab Management System
- Maintain calibrations of all equipment

- 1-3 Years Experience
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering
- Strong project management skills to handle workflow and meet commitment dates
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with customers and team members
