Requirements
- BA/BS Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Environmental Studies from an accredited college or university
- Prior internship experience or have completed a major project
- Knowledge of global environmental regulations such as REACH, RoHS, California Proposition 65, PFAS
- Experience with material composition data collection and analysis
- Familiarity with corporate databases and compliance data management
- Understanding of product design and sourcing processes
- Experience with sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives
Responsibilities
- Ensure product compliance with global environmental regulations and customer requirements (REACH, RoHS, Prop 65, PFAS, plastics, etc.).
- Support the collection, analyzes, and validation of material composition data from suppliers for parts, components, and finished goods.
- Maintain and update BU and corporate databases with accurate compliance data.
- Educate engineering and procurement teams on compliance obligations during product design and sourcing.
- Acting as a key compliance resource
- Supporting sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ADM’s strategic Product Environmental Compliance goals.
- Supporting the collection, analysis, and validation of material composition data
