Citi is looking to define product strategy and engage application teams to identify the need for new cloud products and services, managing the cloud product service lifecycle and new feature/product roadmaps. The goal is to ensure Citi makes appropriate strategic choices in onboarding, managing, and exiting vendors from the product portfolio, and to drive scaled adoption of released products across Citi.
Requirements
- Can demonstrate previous experience of leading engineering teams to deliver cloud Infrastructure as Code that build platforms and services in both Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud
- You will have a Technical engineering back ground, with hands on experience of Terraform, Python, Java and GO
- Have extensive experience in delivering cloud modernization in large complex global organizations including a good understanding of application architectures, cloud native services and automation.
- You understand how to build central cloud pipelines, compute and data platforms and can demonstrate where you have successfully led engineering teams to delivery this in your previous roles.
- You have product engineering leadership experience in previous roles, you are able to define product roadmaps, use your expertise to prioritize work and drive value outcomes and will be able to become a key contributor to Citi's cloud strategy and modernization program
- 10 years + / Strong experience in a dynamic product management role.
- 10 years + experience of delivering products that leverage cloud services.
Responsibilities
- Owns long-term strategic view (3-5 years) and complete platform portfolio within his / her category / division
- Owns development and communicates the long-term vision and goals that drive the working backwards strategies for a portfolio of platform products
- Owns “test and learn” roadmap to inform the platform product portfolio
- Owns business and platform requirements for a large enterprise or portfolio of platform products
- Sets the direction for the platform design for a large enterprise or portfolio of platform products
- Determines release goals for a large enterprise portfolio of platform products
- Creates a comprehensive user experience for an entire customer domain using various design thinking techniques
Other
- Full management responsibility for multiple teams, including management of people, budget and planning, to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations and budget approval.
- Builds strong partnership with the business stakeholders to help drive strategic direction and investment decisions.
- Primary interface with the Business and stakeholders
- 15+ years of relevant experience in a product line management, e-commerce, and/or strategic planning role.
- First-class leadership and influencing skills, including experience managing a Product Management Team
