The role also involves sustaining support post-release and formulating long-term cost/profit control plans.

- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
Responsibilities
- Provides management direction for a specific product or group of products from development planning through production release
- Ensures the product is designed for manufacturability and reliability
- Ensures that products shipped meet specification and quality goals
- May also be required to provide sustaining support for these products post development release
- Interfaces as a central product resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, reliability, and marketing as the product(s) move into production
- Formulate and execute long-term plans for cost/profit control
- Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function

- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
- Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
