The Product Engineering Manager for Pressure & Temperature Calibration has direct accountability for a defined portfolio of calibration products and the underlying technologies that enable them at Fluke, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fortive Corporation.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of systems engineering methodologies and best practices
  • Expertise in pressure or temperature calibration, sensing technologies or metrology is a plus
  • Proven experience leading products across the full lifecycle
  • 10+ years of experience in product development, systems engineering, or calibration-related engineering
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in complex environments
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product delivery and lifecycle management for pressure and temperature calibration products, from concept through sustaining
  • Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver cohesive, scalable, and high-quality products
  • Define and validate system architectures, ensuring performance, quality, and compliance requirements are met
  • Partner with Product Management and customers to define clear, actionable product and system requirements
  • Lead technical feasibility reviews, design reviews, and risk mitigation activities
  • Drive strong systems engineering practices across requirements, integration, verification, and lifecycle processes
  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and competitive trends to ensure strong business impact

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
