Requirements
- Background in HMI UX/UI, product design, industrial design, or mechatronics engineering (or equivalent, e.g. mechanical, electronics, or system engineering) with demonstrated interest or training in UX/UI or product design.
- Ability to rapidly prototype across hardware and software, using platforms like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar.
- Strong system-level thinking – able to understand and model product states, transitions, and user flows across hardware-software interactions.
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent, with willingness to grow visual and interaction design skills.
- Familiar with Agile tools, passionate about prototyping, knowledgeable in accessibility, and experienced in motion design for interactive interfaces.
