Requirements
- 8+ years of UX/UI or product design experience
- 2+ years managing a design team
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile, product-centric environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across multiple platforms
- Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools
- Mastery of human-centered design, service design, and product discovery frameworks
