Requirements
- 5+ years in product form filings with strong understanding of state insurance department standards and requirements.
- Broad knowledge of insurance products and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to read and interpret laws and regulations related to product and endorsement forms and filings.
- Experience in SERFF system a plus.
- JD, CPCU, FLMI, or AIRC a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Ethos portion of the filing process for policy forms and applications, ensuring speed, compliance, and quality.
- Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, Legal, Compliance, and carrier partners to refine product features and applications that balance innovation with regulatory standards.
- Provide expert guidance on bracketing, reflexive questions, and variability, enabling flexible yet compliant product offerings.
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes and competitor filings, translating insights into tangible strategies and recommendations for product evolution.
- Innovate on filing processes by implementing best practices and technology solutions, bolstering efficiency and accuracy.

- US national base salary range for this full-time position is $102,000 - $166,000.
