Paramount is looking to manage day-to-day servicing tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of licensed content to partners worldwide, and maintain strong licensee relationships and uphold operational excellence across asset management and delivery workflows.
Requirements
- Familiarity with servicing workflows, metadata, or content management systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary servicing liaison for assigned licensees.
- Understand and document technical specifications and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate the end-to-end servicing process, including content research, order issuance, and fulfillment.
- Issue purchase and material orders based on delivery plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve delivery rejections in collaboration with internal departments.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 years of experience in media operations, client servicing, or content distribution preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
