Audi Cary is looking for a Product Genius to educate customers about the latest technology in their new car and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Must maintain a complete understanding of all technological aspects of vehicles
- Have the ability to explain all features on the vehicles (personal settings, navigation, Bluetooth and garage door pairing)
- Must have a valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
- 2-5+ years of customer service experience
- Communicate effective, efficiently and timely to all guests
- Follow-up with customers in a timely manner and schedule initial service appointment
- Inspect each vehicle being delivered to ensure exemplary customer service and a seamless delivery process
Responsibilities
- Maintain a complete understanding of all technological aspects of vehicles
- Inspect each vehicle being delivered to ensure exemplary customer service and a seamless delivery process
- Thoroughly complete all associate paperwork with the delivery
- Explain all features on the vehicles (personal settings, navigation, Bluetooth and garage door pairing)
- Introduce customers to the service department team and assist with any follow-up questions
- Follow-up with customers in a timely manner and schedule initial service appointment
- Maintain a professional image in appearance, words and actions
