Fluke is seeking an Innovation Catalyst to coach and facilitate cross-functional teams in ideating, exploring, and validating new software solutions that meet customer needs and are aligned with Fluke’s business objectives

Requirements

  • Experience with LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
  • Writing prompts for specific AI outcomes
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including VOC, JTBD, and usability testing
  • Experience with iterative prototyping and software development processes
  • Facilitation and coaching

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovation opportunities for Fluke
  • Lead immersive customer research including interviews, field visits (Gemba), and observational studies to uncover high-value problems and unmet needs
  • Rapidly develop and test solution prototypes with target users to validate desirability, usability, and product-market fit
  • Create discussion guides, test plans, and other research tools to support qualitative and quantitative studies
  • Analyze research findings to generate actionable insights and guide prototype development
  • Serve as a coach and facilitator for early-stage innovation teams, assisting them through Fluke’s Growth Accelerator and Dream processes
  • Monitor and report on innovation KPIs, funnel health, and project progress using innovation dashboards

Other

  • 7+ years of experience in product innovation, customer research, or software and firmware validation
  • Proven track record of turning customer insights into validated product concepts
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills; able to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
  • Bachelor’s degree in human-centered design, engineering, science, psychology, or related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred
