Requirements
- Knowledge of research and visual prototyping tools such as Morae Observer, Camtasia, Axure, InVision, Adobe CC, etc.
- Knowledge of digital asset (i.e. cryptocurrency) technologies and landscape
- Basic understanding of agile product development
- Exposure and/or training in Design Thinking principles and methodologies is advantageous
- Translates user-centered innovation design requirements into technical implementations for prototypes.
- Expresses technology options to collaborators. Goes beyond merely suggesting design technologies and clearly articulates the rationale and benefit of design technology choices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and share qualitative and quantitative research into customer needs, competitive product capabilities, industry trends, and relevant technology innovations
- Understand Fifth Third Bank’s legacy and future state technology and product architectures
- Contribute to the evolving vision for Fifth Third Bank as a product-led enterprise, innovating rapidly on a modern technology stack to remain relevant, innovative, and dominant in an uncertain future
- Identify and strategize opportunities to further the development and expansion of enterprise technology capabilities by aligning with customer and product innovation needs
- Display mastery of Agile / Lean UX methodologies
- Contribute to management of usage analytics and Voice of the Customer solutions, mining usage data, and communicating findings to stakeholders
- Translates user-centered innovation design requirements into technical implementations for prototypes.

- BA or Certification in Design or a STEM Field
- 5-7 years of experience in a field that directly or readily translates to the responsibilities of this role
- Ability to own and articulate design decisions
