Selective Insurance Company of America is looking to solve business efficiency problems in their Personal Lines Product team by enhancing and refining essential processes, and they need an intern to support this effort.
Requirements
- Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is preferred.
- Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science or a related field is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and improvement of checklists and documentation related to forms requirements and business rules.
- Help adjust existing performance metrics to ensure business results are easily accessible and interpretable.
- Compile and reconcile historical filing and rate page revisions to maintain accurate records.
Other
- Must be a current college student studying Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science or a related field to qualify.
- High School Diploma required.
- Ideal internship candidates will be full-time undergraduate college Juniors or Seniors, with the ability to perform at a professional level.
- Demonstrate an interest in learning about the insurance industry.
