The company is looking to design, develop, and launch new labels, ensuring they meet all regulatory and OEM requirements, while also addressing customer feedback and warranty trends.
Requirements
- Quality Engineer - Testing to identify product robustness and areas of weakness. Implement changes to manufacturing / platforms / design when necessary
- Application Design - Leveraging OEM Systems Work Bench, WERS, performance standards so product meets specific customer, market, or need
- APQP - Minimal understanding of processes to ensure they meet customer requirements and quality standards
- CAD Design - Minimal understanding of 3D environment to identify and validate placement of components.
- CATIA - Minimal understanding of 3D environment to identify and validate placement of components
- Change Management - Leveraging OEM Change Management Process to develop solutions that are deliverable at specific OEM milestones. This can include but is not limited to defining identifying stakeholders, planning change, resolving obstacles that hinder progress and implementing change.

Responsibilities
- Will be designing concepts (engineering and integration) of Labels - design concept, prototype Validation, product launch, regulatory conformance
- Assure conformance to all applicable OEM, regulatory requirements, CDPR assessments cascaded by ASO/E&S Assure conformance to the OEM Global Generic Label Matrix (GGLM) per LQOS 570.
- Assure conformance to all applicable OEM, regulatory requirements, CDPR assessments cascaded by ASO/E&SC
- Define gaps and develop prevent recurrence actions for Labels
- Ensure Completion of all component FMA documentation including DFMEA, SCCAFs, and CPAs
- Develop Labels for OEM design validation process (DV/ PV), Requirements, Test Methods
- Monitor AIMs, DURIS, Warranty Trends and react to any issues and follow to closure.
