TempurSealy (TSI) needs to ensure the successful development, launch, and End of Life management of their products by having a dedicated Supply Chain Program Manager to oversee these processes and drive readiness across various teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Supply Planning experience.
  • Previous experience in product launch management or product commercialization is a major plus.
  • Strong ability in negotiating and influencing without authority in complex, high impact situations.
  • Have strong skills in project management, problem solving, process mapping.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, problem solving and rapid decision-making skills
  • Provide business requirements for “Business Dashboards” with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support TSI capabilities to measure and report them in an accurate, timely manner e.g. sku productivity analyses.
  • Planning capacity and managing component readiness to ensure part availability for product launch.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all supply chain planning activities associated to enable a flawless launch execution.
  • Driving launch readiness in conjunction with marketing, engineering, operations, and sales teams.
  • Communicating system requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with cross-functional supply chain teams.
  • Influencing product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness in pursuit of high service levels and maximum flexibility.
  • Providing recommendations to optimize the Supply Chain network especially with respect to total cost management, inventory management and business continuity.
  • Leads the cross-functional planning team and manages the development, roll-out, and implementation of new product introduction into Operations.
  • Owns the product End of Life process (during product transition timeline) minimizing component and finished goods obsolescence.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, especially in building relationships and defining process within grey/nebulous areas.
  • Have excellent verbal/written communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects/ timelines and effectively communicate and collaborate with various levels
  • Maintain a high level of organization, commitment to follow through, enthusiasm and motivation.
  • Travel Required - 10% - 15%
