SAP is seeking a Product Learning Specialist to design, develop, and deliver engaging learning courses and experiences for SAP Business AI solutions, empowering customers, partners, and internal teams to maximize their value.
Requirements
- Experience in instructional design tools, e-learning platforms or other innovative learning technologies.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and SAP Business AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end responsibility for designing, delivering, and continuously evolving impactful learning and enablement experiences for SAP Business AI.
- Develop comprehensive learning programs that help customers and partners not only understand AI — but confidently apply it to real business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deeply understand capabilities, translate them into clear learning assets, and ensure training always reflects the latest innovations.
- Analyze feedback and learning outcomes to continuously improve training materials and delivery methods.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI to ensure training content remains relevant and cutting-edge.
- Mentor and support colleagues with a collaborative mindset, helping foster a modern, forward-thinking learning culture.

- 3-5 years of proven experience in learning and development, preferably within the technology sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
