Siemens Grid Software is looking to accelerate and secure the energy transition in a sustainable and profitable way by paving the way for autonomous grid management and empowering grid operators to accelerate their digital transformation. They are seeking a Product Lifecycle Manager to support their Transmission Grid Planning software portfolio.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management in B2B software and/or engineering domains with a history of translating complex technical needs into clear product strategies and user value.
Responsibilities
- Define future product vision and strategy with focus on innovation
- Drive product development, launches, and growth as an entrepreneur for global markets
- Lead the end-to-end management of the product’s strategy, delivery, and supporting operations, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and legal requirements
- Analyze current and future needs and build a roadmap in close collaboration with customers
- Assist a global customer base while partnering with subject matter experts, other product managers, and our sales and marketing team.
- Closely collaborate with the R&D team

- Proven track record in leading high-performance cross-functional teams in a global and matrixed environment.
- Ability to travel 30% domestically and internationally.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field required.
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a STEM field preferred
- MBA preferred
