Optimize and forecast global inventory levels for internal MRO consumption and manage stock levels for trading purposes within the USM network.
Requirements
- 4-6 years in Aviation / inventory control / demand planning required
- Knowledge in aviation MRO, accounting and/or customer service required
- SAP knowledge desirable
- MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint as expert
Responsibilities
- Optimize and forecast global inventory levels of as removed, unserviceable, and serviceable components and LRU
- Define and develop product line strategy based on data analytics and market trends
- Consolidate and forecast worldwide surplus demand for MRO consumption and trading opportunities
- Identify material incl. pricing to be sourced by the USM organization
- Manage the material portfolio in terms of financial performance, competitiveness, innovation, and complexity within the global USM network
- Meet business objectives through continuous improvement of the USM portfolio management process
- Manage and improve overall USM processes with central USM processing centers and regional teams in Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific
