The Product Line Manager will be responsible for overseeing the performance of insurance products, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring products remain competitive and aligned with company goals.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market and claims analysis to identify needs, recommend strategies, and drive product improvements.
- Discover new product opportunities and define product requirements to align with company goals.
- Monitor and ensure that all products perform as expected, maintaining high standards of quality and competitiveness.
- Partner with the technology team and technical writers to create comprehensive product documentation and training materials.
- Stay informed about the competitive environment and provide technical competitive analysis to support product positioning and sales efforts.
- Build and manage product line/category goals to meet business objectives and drive growth.
- Create business cases and return-on-investment analyses for new features and present them to management for approval.
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in the insurance industry.
- 3+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance.
- 3+ years of experience in product management and/or business analyst roles.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively—both written and verbally—across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
