- At least 10 years of Diesel Technical experience
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing the development, feedback, and strategy of service best practices related to the product line OEMs (aerial, dirt, advanced solutions, compaction/tooling, engine and components)
- Ensuring all product line OEMs are aligning with the overall market vision and deliver maximum value on equipment reliability and servicing improvements
- Monitor feedback from the field to set overarching vision and roadmap for the product line, considering market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
- Work closely with multiple teams, ensuring alignment on product line goals and coordinating efforts across different teams, products and service support initiatives
- Act as primary liaison between product line service stakeholders and EquipmentShare

- Lead special assignments, delegate, drive, and assign tasks
- Responsible for a collection of products that share similar functionalities or target the same customer segment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Education or Experience required
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
- Must be able to at times lift up to 25 pounds at a time
