Society Insurance is seeking a Product Maintenance Analyst to execute ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancement of insurance product systems and processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely updates.

Responsibilities
- Performs ongoing maintenance tasks in support of existing processes and systems
- Coordinates enhancements and product changes within existing systems or existing vendor applications
- Collaborates with Agile Teams, Insurance Product team, Underwriting teams, and Frontline support team members to address changes to insurance product, incidents, and/or missed requirements
- Writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify systems or processes
- Creates and maintains supporting documentation of product changes, system configuration, and decision rationales
- Serves as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of product maintenance goals and timelines
Other
- Associate’s degree in business, insurance or related field. Equivalent industry experience may be considered
- 3+ years of P&C insurance industry experience
- Prior underwriting, claims, or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
