Aramsco is looking for a Product Maintenance Specialist to support their product data file.
Requirements
- Strong Excel skills required
- Accurate data entry and ability to proficiently utilize and apply computer-related skills
Responsibilities
- Create new products
- Review special order products created by Sales/Price Desk
- Update product data fields acquired from Mergers/Acquisitions
- Maintain existing product data fields (descriptions; weights; tax codes; categories; Hazmat-SDS; etc.)
- Categorize products for sales reporting by product type; proprietary brand; manufactured products
- Research and resolve incoming emails regarding product data
- Process and monitor updates for products being transitioned and/or discontinued.
Other
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have valid driver’s license and own dependable transportation
- Strong written and analytical skills
- Detail oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of organizational skills with great attention to detail
