JLG, an Oshkosh company, is looking to resolve growing safety concerns in the construction industry by delivering innovative solutions to the access market. The Product Management Intern will work on key projects and initiatives to enhance offerings by analyzing market data and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Student working towards a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field or other related field.
- Previous experience or heightened interest in mechanical design.
- Knowledge of construction industry and equipment used.
Responsibilities
- Work with Product Management team in Product Definition Development and help translate VoC/market intelligence into evidence supported attributes.
- Work with the Product Management team to analyze market informed VoC data, “Jobs to be Done” and identify trends that may enhance offerings.
- Ensure system updates/product configurations are completed and aligned with customer facing documentation, update as needed
- Structure and Evaluate Market Data, Competitive Comparison Data, Take Rates, Options, to inform project priorities, etc.
- Learn more about Consolidating & Analyzing Secondary Market Data and Competitive Data.
- Consolidate & Analyze Competitive Data.
Other
- Develop/ Demonstrate strong verbal, written, presentation competencies
- Shadow Product Specialist/Managers during activities such as meeting setup, meeting minutes, and key takeaways
- Participate in year-end Intern Expo.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
