Teamworks is seeking MBA students to join their Product team to help define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-impact features that serve elite sports organizations, ultimately shaping the future of sports technology.
Requirements
- Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred, but not required.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, identify high-priority initiatives, and drive projects to completion.
- Strong technical acumen; while not necessarily an engineer, you should be comfortable working with engineering teams on complex technical solutions.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on execution; able to define a long-term vision while delivering quick, iterative wins.
- Skilled at using data to drive decisions; comfortable with analytics and user research methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision & strategy, and deliver features that solve real problems for elite sports organizations.
- Contribute to the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely, high-quality execution in partnership with engineering, design, internal GTM teams and customers.
- Translate complex customer needs into actionable product capabilities.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success) to ensure smooth execution and adoption.
- Define and track key product metrics, using both qualitative and quantitative insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product adoption and measurable business impact.
- Conduct customer discovery and research to deeply understand customer needs and inform product decisions.
Other
- In the process of completing an MBA from a top-tier business school, or have recently graduated.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in roles delivering significant impact across an organization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to set clear expectations and foster alignment across teams.
- Demonstrates urgency and drive to achieve results aligned with organizational goals.
- Takes initiative without waiting for direction, identifying opportunities independently.
