Responsibilities
- Own end to end client experience of a particular client journey (e.g. early onboarding)
- Optimize processes throughout the end to end client funnel including segmentation, channels and distribution, and response and fulfillment
- Partner with Marketing to deliver relevant messaging in clients’ channel of choice and continuously improve via test and learn
- Refine and develop ongoing and future technology and project roadmaps with relevant teams
- Uses knowledge of emerging technologies to deliver product to customers through all applicable channels.
- Evaluates potential product or experience development projects for feasibility and value.
- Ensures successful outcomes from key stakeholders including sales, marketing, digital channel delivery and other internal service partners.

- Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis.
- Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.
