Requirements
- Experience in product management, category management, product marketing or related roles.
- Vendor management experience.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ThoughtSpot, Excel Pivot Tables, or other data analytic tools
- Self-starter who can learn new technical skills and work independently to drive product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to develop a comprehensive portfolio strategy for wireless accessories.
- Identifying opportunities for product expansion, differentiation, and optimization within the category.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including manufacturers, marketing, and sales to execute the portfolio strategy effectively.
- Driving business unit revenue targets and developing actionable plans to achieve them.
- Monitoring sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing initiatives to drive growth.
- Creating a promotion calendar aligned with business objectives, seasonal trends, and product launches.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of promotions and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Other
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
- Master’s degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
