Requirements
- 5+ years experience with A/B experimentation and rapid, data-driven iteration.
- Experienced delivering AI product innovation to customers.
- Customer obsession and ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Comfortable with end-to-end ownership for new and innovative features.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of AI features that redefine how business-critical tasks are accomplished.
- Own the roadmap for multiple product features, leading them from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Design and execute A/B experiments to test new ideas, learn quickly, and ensure every feature delivers value.
- Drive the full stack of feature development, from customer research and technical implementation to experimentation, measurement, and post-launch analysis.
- Build go-to-market and rollout plans, lead the creation of customer support resources, and promote your feature areas at major events.
- Manage customer communities, identify features to deprecate, and build lasting relationships with targeted customers across sectors.

- This role requires you to be onsite 3 days a week in Microsoft's offices in Redmond, WA.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
- Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development + OR equivalent experience.
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
