Baker Hughes is looking to solve the problem of developing future leaders in the energy industry through their internship program, providing students with hands-on work experience and exposure to leading-edge technology.
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Engineering, Technology, other STEM-related or business related program.
- Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
- Be fluent in oral and written English
- Applicant must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or temporary resident, and will not need employment sponsorship now or in the future
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with project managers and teams.
- Maintaining project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Identifying potential project risks and assisting in developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Preparing regular project status reports for project managers and stakeholders, highlighting progress, issues, and upcoming milestones.
- Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
