Responsibilities
- Promotes and supports operational excellence and maintains an environment that fosters continuous improvement, teamwork, and commitment to satisfy customer requirements.
- Formulate strategies to win quotes through market intelligence, knowledge of competition and our suppliers costing policies.
- Manage the Product Managers and Product Manager Assistants for the assigned region. Provide overall guidance on day-to-day operations and manage time and attendance.
- Review Prior Days Bookings Report and Ship and Debit About to Expire Report for GP enhancement opportunities.
- Act as the first point of elevation for outstanding requests from Sales.
- Review all open Quote Accelerator projects for your region and follow through to completion.
- Assist in special projects as needed.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance from a four-year college or university or an equivalent combination in education and experience.
- 3+ years of product management experience with Military interconnect highly preferred.
- Must be a US Citizen due to US Navy Contractual Agreements.
- Domestic travel required less than 10% of the time.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
