Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in designing, building, or implementing solutions that leverage Machine Learning, AI, or automation technology
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and the ability to provide a logical framework to support conclusions and ideas
  • Demonstrated accountability for outcomes and ability to drive tasks to completion with decisive prioritization
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, teamwork, and collaboration capabilities. Ability to lead and influence a cross-functional team while building strong relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate impact and rally teams behind a common goal
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt based on changes or new learnings
  • Apply innovative and new technologies to improve customer experiences across Intuit’s product ecosystem

Responsibilities

  • building new features
  • solving problems for new customer segments
  • launching rapid experiments
  • aligning product experiences across the Intuit ecosystem
  • Lead a cross functional team of engineers, designers, UX researchers, data analysts, data scientists, marketers, and/or customer success to create new products and features
  • Gather requirements, define experiences and use cases, develop data-backed learning plans, lead product planning and create the product roadmap
  • Ship product and feature improvements using rapid tests and experimentation in a fast paced environment

Other

  • Must be enrolled in a U.S.-based bachelors or non-MBA masters, degree-seeking program (or the equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or other program related to Product Management and available to start with your cohort in August 2026 in Mountain View, CA
  • As the RPM program is intended to be an entry-level product management growth accelerator, having prior full time work experience in the industry is not expected
  • Become an expert on the customer by gathering qualitative and quantitative data to build empathy and uncover actionable insights
