Ontra is seeking a Product Manager to drive innovative solutions and deliver impactful outcomes to drive revenue for its entity management product, Atlas.
Requirements
- Experience in building products that incorporate AI/ML technologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with integrating AI agents into the customer experience will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in Private Equity (PE) or the legal industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Vision & Strategy Ownership: Execute on and champion the strategic vision and investment priorities to achieve the Atlas revenue goal.
- Outcome Ownership: Work with the product team to define, track, and measure team objectives and key results (OKRs) that align with company goals and customer value.
- Lead and Inspire an Empowered Product Team: Be the leader amongst co-equals in the product leadership team; provide context and clarity to the product development team to empower them to solve problems creatively.
- Drive Customer Discovery: Immerse yourself in the world of our customers through continuous product discovery to gain a deep understanding of their challenges, and use this feedback to inform product improvements and strategies.
- Partner with Go-to-Market Teams: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful product launches, drive product adoption, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to assess product performance and identify opportunities for enhancements; define and track key metrics to measure the success of product investments.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform your product decisions.

- 4+ years of overall experience in product management, specifically with 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS Product Manager role.
- Occasional travel is required for Ontra employees, including typically at least twice per year to attend team and larger group off-sites for in-person collaboration.
