The Performance Materials division needs a Product Manager to develop and manage the assigned product portfolio to meet financial and strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Experience working in a customer focused role such as sales, marketing, product management, supply chain, or technical service
  • Digital skills
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Business acumen

Responsibilities

  • Optimize regional profitability of assigned product portfolio
  • Develop costing scenarios to support Commercial Management in pricing decisions
  • Validate demand planning forecast and asset balancing for assigned products in alignment with the S&OP process
  • Manage any allocations related to the product portfolio
  • Coordinate regional strategy development and implementation for an assigned product portfolio
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain regarding inventory strategy/targets for product portfolio
  • Lead product introduction and changes, including communication to various business stakeholders
