The Performance Materials division needs a Product Manager to develop and manage the assigned product portfolio to meet financial and strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Experience working in a customer focused role such as sales, marketing, product management, supply chain, or technical service

Responsibilities
- Optimize regional profitability of assigned product portfolio
- Develop costing scenarios to support Commercial Management in pricing decisions
- Validate demand planning forecast and asset balancing for assigned products in alignment with the S&OP process
- Manage any allocations related to the product portfolio
- Coordinate regional strategy development and implementation for an assigned product portfolio
- Collaborate with Supply Chain regarding inventory strategy/targets for product portfolio
- Lead product introduction and changes, including communication to various business stakeholders
