- Executes new product development initiatives as marketing or overall development lead across multi-functional team.
- Leverages technology platforms (ecommerce, procurement systems, backend supporting databases) to expose and deliver packaging supplies to end-user.
- Evaluates market, economic and competitive factors affecting product performance and demonstrates ability to perform fact based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights.
- Works with stakeholders to develop, create, modify, and actively manage assortment.
Other
- Under limited supervision, leads development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans, taking into account product life cycle stage and the customer experience.
- Responsible for managing, developing and implementing marketing, sales and other activities, as needed, to achieve the necessary business outcomes.
- Coaches others in less senior positions.
- Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.
- Three (3) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills.
- Strong executive presence and human relations skills.
