Swift Response is seeking an experienced Product Manager to help bring their next generation of breakthrough consumer products to life, contributing significantly to the product development phase from idea to execution.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of Product Management best practices, including lifecycle management, consumer insights, and commercialization frameworks.
- Hands-on familiarity with creating and reviewing marketing copy and packaging content.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with product management tools or platforms required.
- Microsoft SharePoint experience preferred.
- 5-7 years of product management experience in durable consumer goods, home improvement, or adhesive/sealant categories.
- Experience working with or developing products for big box, mass, or hardware retail channels (e.g., Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart, Ace Hardware) strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of new products, including sourcing coordination, costing, and launch.
- Collaborate with Operations team to assess supplier capabilities, cost structures, lead times, and product feasibility.
- Support the creation of packaging copy and product marketing collateral by working closely with the Creative and Marketing teams.
- Create and evolve product roadmaps, aligned with strategic goals, market opportunities, and retail calendars.
- Conduct competitive research, trend analysis, and consumer insights to fuel innovation and product enhancements.
- Analyze performance data and customer feedback to identify areas of optimization and refinement.
- Act as a liaison across cross-functional teams, including International, Retail Sales, and Marketing, and B2B.

- Remote or hybrid role. Company is based in Sunrise, FL, with in-office work as needed.
- Some travel is required for retail meetings, factory visits, and trade shows.
