Submittable is looking for a Product Manager to drive the evolution of their Grants Management platforms, delivering scalable, intuitive solutions that empower customers to create greater impact by leveraging world-class grantmaking software.
Requirements
- Familiarity with web application architecture, terminology, and processes.
- Proven success launching new products, features, or technologies.
- Experience partnering closely with software engineers.
- Strong track record of collaborating with global or distributed teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across the organization, all levels, and global teams.
- Mastery of translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Partner with UX Design & Research to translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories that address both requested features and underlying goals.
- Collaborate with engineering to identify the most effective solutions, balancing innovation, scalability, and feasibility.
- Prioritize initiatives across multiple projects based on business impact, strategic priorities, and development capacity.
- Partner with global teams to ensure seamless collaboration across time zones and cultural contexts.
- Share progress, challenges, and updates proactively with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
- Lead product rollouts, including training and change management, to drive adoption and success.
- Maintain and communicate a transparent product roadmap aligned with stakeholder needs and company strategy.
