Patriot Software is looking to elevate their payroll product and needs a Product Manager to prioritize needs across stakeholders, keep everyone informed, and drive the product forward.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a SaaS Product Manager role
- 2+ years in payroll, accounting, or fintech
- Experience working with development, design, and QA teams
- Working knowledge of Agile software development lifecycles and release management concepts
- Proven record of product launches, including identifying, rolling out, and iterating on MVPs
- Demonstrable data analysis, user research, and product vision skills
- Familiarity with cloud (SaaS) software
Responsibilities
- Working closely with Development and Design team to ensure upcoming work is clearly defined
- Developing a deep knowledge of the Customer to understand their needs and challenges
- Developing a deep knowledge of the Data to track success metrics and monitor customer behaviors
- Developing a deep knowledge of the Business to understand Patriot Software's business, including sales, marketing, legal, training, and customer service
- Developing a deep knowledge of the Industry to analyze trends, forecast customer behaviors, and conduct competitor assessments
- Ensuring broader solutions are identified to prevent recurring customer issues
- Utilizing metrics to support product iterations
