Responsibilities
- Manage the product portfolio to ensure a market-leading offering and lifecycle management from development to end-of-life.
- Identify and present innovative product solutions that align with market needs, margin requirements, and brand guidelines.
- Lead the development, approval, training, and communication of new products and product changes across internal teams.
- Provide technical expertise and training to support product development and raise awareness of new product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, IT, Brand, and Operations, to ensure seamless product management.
- Analyze and resolve cross-functional process issues for new and existing products, providing quick solutions to support the sales team.
- Utilize numerical analysis and data-enterprise software to make informed product decisions.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering.
- At least five years of experience in marketing, product development, and product management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
