Requirements
- Experience with new product introduction and lifecycle management
- Previous experience with software development life cycle management
- Previous experience with neurosurgery applications and instrumentation.
- Familiarity with 510(k) submissions, clinical evaluations, and usability testing.
- Experience leading cadaver labs or supporting neurosurgical procedures in the field.
- Advanced project management skills
- Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy for software, instrumentation, and implants used in neurosurgical procedures used by our enabling technology.
- Define product requirements and partner with R&D on development, design iterations, and usability testing.
- Drive product launches including messaging, training, and marketing materials tailored to neurosurgical stakeholders.
- Support Sales Teams with in-depth product knowledge, competitive insights, and field-based surgeon education.
- Monitor Market Trends in neurosurgery, including shifts toward minimally invasive access, navigation, and robotic-assisted techniques.
- Lead VOC Initiatives, KOL relationships, and clinical evaluations to shape future innovation.
- Creates and manages a project plan for each project in conjunction with the engineering team
Other
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of related experience; or Master's Degree and 3 years of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Collaborate with Neurosurgeons and OR staff to deeply understand procedural needs and product performance in real-world surgeries.
