Requirements
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Experience designing, building, or operating a Software as a Service (SaaS) product
- Experience building business-to-business applications in the payments industry and/or payment processing software products
- Experience using Aha and Jira
- Certification in payment industry standards (PCI, NACHA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree, technical degree, and/or certifications
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and release planning for a portfolio of products
- Find solutions for capturing client requirements and transforming them into product implementations
- Participate in the software development lifecycle
- Monitor and analyze competitor products, identifies competitive and alternative product enhancement offerings
- Develop, manage, and measure product launch processes and communication for effectiveness, speed, and client satisfaction
- Improve the deliverability of our solutions through process improvements and automation
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to determine how successful the product is performing in the market
