Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude to quickly understand, define, and train others in complex processes, operations, and equipment functionality
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to obtain CDL license
- Strong writer and communicator
- Ability and willingness to train in pragmatic marketing and business financials
Responsibilities
- Lead the process of collecting, evaluating, and prioritizing growth ideas to maintain a quantified product roadmap
- Conduct and/or manage market research to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities
- Define product requirements to meet customer needs and expectations based upon research findings and goals of the business
- Develop, promote, and track effectiveness of competitive strategies
- Formulate strategies to put company in winning positions relative to competitors
Other
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Engineering, Service, Sales, or other related business roles within a mobile equipment industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Ability to effectively perform at all levels of the business with a proven track record in forming strategic relationships with customers and executive leadership
