- Invented processes for a team that made things 10x faster than they were before
- Have strong opinions on what we should do and why
- Understand content, and culture
- Understand AI and/or willing to learn everything about it
- Capable of building prototypes yourself
- Experience with growth channels and marketing ideas
Responsibilities
- Identify problems without being asked and be obsessive about fixing them
- Build relationships and get people to reply on tight timelines
- Update key teammates on project status, timelines, and progress
- Lead exploration of new ideas and turn them into clear product specs
- Talk to users, understand their needs, and translate them into a clear path for what we are building next
- Own growth, distribution, and go-to-market for your own products
- Think about content and even make some yourself to get what your team built into the right hands
