Requirements
- Technical knowledge of the Dev Pipeline, git branching, and DB schema
- Experience with Scrum and expert-level project management skills
- Strong product sense, including problem understanding, impact measuring, UX, and monetization patterns
- Experience working closely with a team of engineers, design, and QA
- Ability to spot good design
- 2+ years of Product Management experience
Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional team to build products that deliver value to users and to TurboTenant
- Set a roadmap that drives user satisfaction and meets business goals
- Take charge of the product team's day-to-day work, acting as the product owner
- Think strategically and analytically about improving the product, technology, and software development
- Break projects up to deliver value quickly and set important deadlines
- Ensure sprints are planned and executed precisely, meeting delivery projections
- Use quantitative data tools like Metabase and Mixpanel to explain product decisions and identify insights
Other
- 2+ years of Product Management experience
- Face-to-face time is an essential aspect of the TurboTenant culture, and the ideal candidate is expected to be in the Denver office once a week on Tuesdays, more if preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Strong soft skills to coach, facilitate workshops, and present materials
