Hologic is looking to drive global decisions on pre-stage gate concept assessments, organic and inorganic, and shape a growing business in the Breast & Skeletal space through effective upstream marketing and product management.

Requirements

  • Upstream marketing, new product development experience required
  • Demonstrated experience in medical device market management and marketing concepts and practices (minimum 5 years’ experience)
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills preferred
  • Ability to develop clinical expertise in medical devices and deep understanding of customer needs within medical device markets
  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects
  • Ability to collaborate and work with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with product launch strategy and development of comprehensive marketing plans

Responsibilities

  • Upstream product management with focus in the Screening franchise, including market leading products for Mammography.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to meet milestones and ensure timely product launches and lifecycle management activities with a high level of quality
  • Calculate the size of the addressable markets and understand reimbursement in each geographical area
  • Collect voice of customer research associated with identifying product needs and features
  • Perform in-field customer visits to better assess market opportunity and prioritization
  • Collaborate with R&D and Commercial team to establish unmet clinical needs, translate to design specifications with R&D and assist in validation planning and activities
  • Understand competitive landscape and integrate business needs into project plan and desired claims into marketing plan

Other

  • BA/BS required, Master's/MBA preferred
  • Position requires ~30% travel (international included)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success working as an integral cross functional team member
