Piramal Critical Care (PCC) is seeking a dedicated and driven Product Manager to manage the lifecycle of PCC pharmaceutical products, from pre-launch to post-launch monitoring, ensuring products meet clinical needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and requirements, particularly for generic drugs (e.g., FDA, EMA).
- Experience with product pricing strategies and cost analysis.
- Familiarity with the commercial aspects of the pharmaceutical industry, including marketing, sales, and distribution channels.
- Experience in regulatory submissions and knowledge of the ANDA (Abbreviated New Drug Application) process for generics.
- Familiarity with digital tools and analytics platforms for market and sales data analysis.
- Experience working with IQVIA data.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end management of generic products, including development, market launch, and post-launch performance evaluation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to manage comprehensive launch plans, including detailed timelines, strategies, and action steps.
- Conduct market assessments, competitive analysis, and customer feedback studies to identify new product opportunities, competitive trends, market changes, clinical swings, and gaps in the market.
- Work closely with R&D, regulatory, sales, and marketing teams to develop strategic product plans, ensuring that all product requirements are met, and timelines are adhered to.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective messaging and promotional strategies to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Assist in pricing strategy development, ensuring competitiveness in the marketplace while maintaining profitability.
- Monitor and track the performance of products post-launch, including sales, market share, market trends, competitive swings, and customer feedback, to ensure continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in – Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on generic products.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret market data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders.
