Siemens Energy, Inc. is looking to define the future product strategy for the SGT-A65 portfolio, protect existing revenues and profit, and manage the development and maintenance of product requirements for this portfolio.
Requirements
- over 5+ years of experience in technical, product, or commercial roles, primarily involving Aeroderivative products.
- Skilled in data analysis, road-mapping, networking, and prioritization
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- solid understanding of regional business practices, customer needs, and competitors.
- comprehend documentation and technical terms from international sources
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for managing the development and maintenance of argument and product requirements covering the SGT-A65 portfolio.
- Drive ideation through understanding the technology, product cost, market & customer requirements, identifying market opportunities to develop product-market fit and/or obsolescence road maps that align to the business strategy of the portfolio.
- Assess existing product attributes for competitiveness and develop product requirements for new programs.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to supervise product development progress and work with the PMO team to manage project risks.
- Act as gate keeper for relevant PDP reviews and gates as well as final approval for any product bulletins relating to the frame.
- Partnering with the GSO commercialization team, you will contribute to crafting cases for new service upgrade product developments.
- Work closely with the portfolio target cost manager to understand the product cost position and help develop strategies to close product cost gaps.
