Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management experience
- 1-2+ years of experience launching successful products in fintech, DeFi, Crypto Exchange or other complex technical domains
- Strong understanding of crypto infrastructure and tooling
- Proficiency in data analysis, applying a metrics-driven approach to guide decision making
- Experience with Asset listings, Crypto Launchpads, Accelerators, or Tokenomics platforms
- Demonstrated success in driving product-led growth, including activation, retention, and monetization strategies
- Background in B2B or SaaS product models
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of new features, enhancements, and optimizations for Launchpad and Token Services products
- Define and articulate detailed product requirements, supported by business analysis and stakeholder input
- Produce clear documentation including product specifications, wireframes, and process flows
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align stakeholders, communicate product vision, and maintain a transparent roadmap
- Continuously improve the crypto funding client experience (CX) through structured experimentation and insights
- Support and enhance mission-critical crypto funding infrastructure to ensure system reliability and performance
- Support the development of 0-1 product initiatives, from ideation to execution
