Sterilex is looking to develop and commercialize new product solutions for the food processing industry, requiring a Product Manager to own the product strategy, vision, and lifecycle to ensure market success, customer value, and long-term portfolio growth.
Requirements
- Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred.
- Strong understanding of food processing environments, sanitation protocols, and regulatory standards
- Experience with Stage Gate or similar product development methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Lead New Product Development through the Stage Gate process, ensuring each phase delivers on technical, commercial and customer requirements.
- Drive day-to-day execution of the product roadmap, working closely with R&D and Commercial teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements
- Lead VOC research and basic financial modeling
- Develop and execute Launch Plans, including go-to-market strategy, trialing protocols, messaging, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor post-launch performance
- Support Sales Enablement to track and evaluate product performance and sales key milestones through financial metrics, KPIs and customer feedback.
- Lead continuous improvement and regulatory approval efforts.
Other
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in marketing, STEM or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in food processing, food safety or industry related field.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to co-travel with the sales team and support pre- and post-launch efforts globally.
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
